If Charlemagne happened to be dreaming at the time, it was soon to become a very strange one. Upon being greeted by the very first glimpses of consciousness, his ears caught wind of Angelica's moaning. That sound invaded his dream and interrupted whatever process he was going through during it, causing a waking already hastened by all he felt. He mumbled again, eyes moving whilst lidded. As his eyes began opening, prior to the blur disappearing from his vision, it seemed he had something to say. "To... sa..."
Whatever words he meant to string together were lost as Charlemagne realized where he was, and what was happening. The disappearing fog heralded the visage of Angelica, her full nudity, and that massive veil of hair that almost functioned as a tent for him presently. "Eh? Angie?" he questioned. Just then, Charlemagne's eyes shifted down. Doing so allowed him to take in the full breadth of the Holy Princess's nudity, and moreover... the fact that they probably hadn't been separated while sleeping. Even if they had been, Angelica had obviously woken with a few plans in mind. "What are y─ahah!" he babbled. Well, one could surmised that they were at it again this morning. Charlemagne obviously had no real say in the matter, but... he also wasn't offering any complaints. Whatever that dream of his was, any importance had been lost instantaneously.
