For being dropped, Nikki got an apology. She didn't need it... it wasn't like she was nine and couldn't catch herself, actually..."Wish I was still a kid. There definitely would have been a biscuit bribe..." Nikki said almost casually. "Still, no worries bruv," she offered having landed safely, and managed to seem just a bit amused by the whole situation. of course, that amusement extended into the idea of teasing the man about his 'suspicious' sentences. Ah but apparently that put her too close to her elder sister, "She raised me, can't help it mate~" she explained as if it was perfectly reasonable for the pair of them to sound alike. Beyond that point, whatever Leon had to say in the middle of his fangasm was something which was distracted. "Well, I didn't have any that fit him, and it's his choice. I wouldn't want him to think I'm crazy enough to baby trap him or something," Nikki asserted. And with the lack of proper birth control since the Gates started opening she wouldn't make things risky for someone who didn't want to take risks. "That's kinda extra hot really! Responsible men are great men!~" Nikki said excitedly. She'd already gone full groupie, already got the man signing a dress he'd jizzed on she could handle not get impregnated the first day of their meeting for the sake of sanity.
Speaking of insane things... Ronnie was going into an elevator with King Don, who was by all accounts a very good looking man, one who actually managed to be taller than her at base, which she'd noticed casually the way she did most things. As for what she'd seen she smiled, and it was... soft. "The flighty kind of artist. Nik's one of those hyper-fixated types. Sit in the same place for hours until she's gotten all the ideas out of her head. Won't eat won't sleep, won't move until it's absolutely necessary... but you," she paused looking him over. "Forget you aren't wearing a shirt. Put your jacket down and forget to pick it back up... It's a different sort of thing to see," Ronnie mentioned like one who was used to watching and monitoring others in very specific contexts. She'd called him a good guy, but perhaps what she really meant was respectufl, those were odd to find in someone who could technically have anything they wanted. What was more, he was apparently quite humble even when he didn't have to be... his claims were mild and he basically blamed genetics and stereotypes. "Is that so?~ So humble~" she said as if amused. "You know... normally men in elevators with me, and sometimes even women would say something like... I really wish this elevator would get stuck right now," she said as if amused by it. She stepped forward, seemingly amused by the idea of something specific, she pressed the emergency button and held it for a second. "But you mate, aren't even bragging and that's mental really~" she claimed after three seconds the elevator would stop moving somewhere between floor 3 and floor 2 they'd be stuck. "Oh no, looks like it'll be about fifteen minutes before it gets moving again. Might as well show me what's going on here~" she smiled deviously, well Ronnie was a different kind of woman, one of full confidence and full understanding.
